Please note the Terms and Conditions of Agent Rates offers and reservations :

* Please check your email address is correct
* All requests are subject to availability
* To avoid disappointment please do not request bookings over high seasons and/or school holiday periods
* Rates and offers are subject to change without notice
* Confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address within 3-5 days of receipt of your request.
* All requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to your suggested arrival.
* Standard cancellation policies apply - no show for discounted bookings will incur cancellation fees based on the full rate
* A business card and photo ID will be required for verification on checkin.
