* Agents rates quoted are for the purpose of product education for active reservations sales staff and industry sales teams only. They apply to travel industry staff only. Offers to individuals who do not perform the above mentioned sales roles are at the discretion of the operator.
* A seperate form must be lodged for each operator with whom bookings are requested
* All requests are subject to availability
* To avoid disappointment please do not request bookings over high seasons and/or school holiday periods
* Rates and offers are subject to change without notice
* Confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address within 3-5 days of receipt of your request.
* All requests should be made online via the booking website at least 7 days prior to your suggested arrival.
* Standard cancellation policies apply - no show for Free Of Charge room nights will incur cancellation fees based on the full rate
* A business card and photo ID will be required for verification on checkin/arrival.

Hyatt Regency Coolum has appointed a Guangzhou-based sales representative and introduced a raft of new measures for Chinese guests as part of a concerted push into flourishing tourism markets in China.

The resort this week launched a new Mandarin website as the latest in a series of Chinese-language marketing tools that will be used by a Guangzhou-based team from specialist sales agency Parker Travel Collection.
